Grand Bazar H. Brunner AG
The Grand Bazar in Grindelwald is located on Dorfstrasse, right in the village center, and was established in 1930 by Hans Brunner’s grandparents, Lydia and Johann Brunner.
Having undergone two major renovations, the store is now a place to go at Grindelwald’s shopping area. Co-owner and member of the owner family, Hans Brunner is supported by an international team and, most importantly, is well-known and respected among locals and tourists. Yvonne Brunner has managed the company for 20 years with great commitment and passion.
Our philosophy
In selecting stock, co-owner and manager of the business Yvonne Brunner focuses particularly on quality and value for money. Our current best-selling items are, without doubt, all made in Switzerland or the EU, and sourced under sustainable and fair trade conditions. Swiss crafts and tradition are included, where and whenever possible.
